Kitty Crystal grew up in the bright lights of Las Vegas, NV. At a young age she was determined to become a punk rock fashion designer and artist. She followed her dreams by moving to Long Beach, CA, receiving degrees in Fashion Design and Illustration. She interned at Lips Service and worked as a freelance designer, while continuing her education in Business and Accounting. After many years of attempting to balance her childhood aspirations and staying afloat financially, she moved to Wilmington, NC where rent was affordable. That’s where she opened Mom’s Tattoos with her partner. While in North Carolina she began acting and modeled for tattoo magazines, advertisements and made her first film appearance in the 2009 action-horror film The Bleeding alongside Kat Von D.

 Kitty now lives with her Pit Bull Roxie Dog in New York City. She no longer owns her tattoo parlor but regularly works tattoo conventions and has been seen on several tattoo related TV shows. She’s been featured on TLC, A&E and the Food Network; she’s appeared in over a dozen music videos, models for major clothing companies and even toured with Metallica during Orion Festival modeling for Kirk Hammett in Kirk’s Crypt.
